SEKAI HOTEL Deep Osaka Experience
Taste Osaka, Travel Anywhere
A whole shopping street —
turned into a hotel.
At SEKAI HOTEL, you don’t just “stay” in Osaka—
you step into the everyday life you rarely get to see in tourist hotspots.
This isn’t a staged version of Japan. It’s a night inside a living neighborhood.
Fuse Shotengai -shopping arcade- has been part of downtown Osaka since 1946.
Over the years, it has changed with the times —more shutters, fewer shops.
So we chose to keep it alive—by letting travelers experience it as it is.
That’s why we turned the entire shopping street into a hotel.
SEKAI HOTEL is not a typical hotel.
Reception, guest rooms, the public bath, and dining are all located along the shopping street.
In downtown Osaka, enjoy a one-of-a-kind stay —like living here, not just visiting.
The Fuse shopping arcade stretches north to south, intersecting with the Kintetsu Nara Line.
Fuse offers smooth and convenient access to Kansai International Airport. It’s just 10 minutes by train to Namba and Dotonbori, and 30 minutes to Nara Park. With easy access to Kyoto as well, it’s the perfect base for exploring the Kansai region.
SEKAI HOTEL Deep Osaka Experience is located in the heart of Miyakocho Shopping Arcade, just a 4-minute walk from Fuse Station.
The diverse shops in this shopping arcade support the daily lives of locals, while the surrounding area is filled with small factories — creating a vibrant local town bustling with merchants and craftsmen.
The Ebessan statue, immediately visible upon exiting Fuse Station, is a symbol of prosperous business.
During the Toka Ebisu festival held every January, numerous merchants visit to seek blessings from the 'Japan's largest' Ebessan for business success.
