"Personal information" means information relating to an individual user that can identify that user—such as name, address, telephone number, e‑mail address, or school name—either alone or in combination with other information. Even if a single piece of information cannot identify a user, any information that can be easily matched with other data to identify an individual is also treated as personal information.

5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
As a rule, the Hotel will not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent. Personal information will be provided only when the recipient and the content of the information are specified and the user's consent has been obtained. - When disclosure or provision is permitted by law
- When personal information is provided in connection with a merger or other business succession and is handled within the scope of purposes prior to succession
6. Disclaimers Concerning Third‑Party Provision

8. Use of Statistical Data
The Hotel may create statistical data processed so that individuals cannot be identified, based on the personal information provided. The Hotel may use such non‑identifiable statistical data without restriction.
9. Changes to Personal Information
In principle, only the user may request any of the following ("Changes, etc."): notice of the purposes of use of personal information; disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of registered personal information; suspension of use; and suspension of provision to third parties. For specific procedures, please contact the inquiry desk listed below. The Hotel may refuse a request if:
- It threatens the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the user or a third party
- It is likely to significantly impede the proper operation of this service
- It would violate another law or regulation
If fulfilling a request would incur excessive cost or is otherwise difficult, the Hotel may take alternative measures necessary to protect the user's rights and interests instead of making the requested change.

The Hotel is not liable if anyone other than the user obtains and uses such identifying information.
