A store suddenly appears on your usual route to work or shopping.
On the tiled wall, a softly handwritten signboard reads “Western-style restaurant Kinokuniya.

Perhaps it is the 1947 year of the restaurant’s establishment that makes one stand up straight.
However, when you open the door, you will be surprised at how cozy and comfortable it is.
It is bright, modern, and relaxing.
It’s okay to come alone. In fact, the atmosphere is so comfortable that coming alone is more appropriate.

A unique dish born from an idea.

The plump and charming form of this dish catches the eye.
It is not a fried shrimp but a shrimp croquette. But it has a tail.

This menu item was actually conceived by the second-generation mother of the restaurant’s staff in the old days.
Instead of shrimp paste, a whole shrimp is wrapped in creamy potato.
When you pour the tomato demi-glace sauce, which has been handed down from generation to generation,
it creates a sense of unity that makes you want to shovel down the rice without a second thought.

The owner laughed and replied, “Yes, we have set menus.
Not bread and soup, but white rice and miso soup.
They use alkaline ionized water for both cooking and cooking rice.
